Yes, on a Mac, using RC. Still running 10.14 Mojave, so perhaps that is the problem.

Tested on signed and unsigned versions, same error message:

File could not be opened: File contains data in an unimplemented format.

What platform are you on? If Mac - are you using the signed build? If you are, can you please test with the unsigned build to see if they load there?
