This is good news for me. I've just spent 3 days unsuccessfully trying
to install sc3plugins on a "new" OSX 10.7 installation. Your build
seems to work for me. It would be great if it was available to people
not reading this list. Many, many thanks Brian! :-)

Glad it works for you too! I've updated the 3.9.1 sc3-plugins release with that exact build: https://github.com/supercollider/sc3-plugins/releases/tag/Version-3.9.1

As I said before I will also make sure that future releases are built with better backward compatibility. The main SuperCollider project with Qt support is 10.10 minimum now I believe, but there's no reason -- other than Apple dropping support in its SDKs -- that we can't keep building sc3-plugins with support back to 10.7.
