Yes, I was... OK, I might try it later.

Just pushed some corrections to my own solution. My first couple of
tests encountered only milliseconds of network jitter, which didn't
hold up in other tests. Now it seems to handle even +/-100 ms of
network jitter and sync is pretty reasonable :-o (That Kalman was a
smart guy.)
