[sc-users] MIDISyncClock (happy new year!)

Hi,

For a long time, MIDISyncClock existed in my ddwMIDI quark, but it had
some major problems and I couldn't fully support it.

Recently, I needed to revisit the class, and I found a solution that
neatly takes care of the worst bug (specifically, that events
generated by patterns played on a MIDISyncClock would not evaluate
correctly). I also tried to stabilize tempo estimation a bit.

So I'm happy to announce that I can support MIDISyncClock now! (Well,
with some caveats -- MIDI clock messages are not really robust. It
"works" within certain limitations, but if your needs lie outside of
those limits, there may not be much I can do.)

I just checked in the changes, with a new SCDoc help file for it.
Update ddwMIDI if you think it would be helpful for you.
