Hi,

could you please specify a bit more?
What do you mean by "at any cycle" and "any fixed duration"?
Do you want to specify cycles/durations beforehand or replace on the fly?

Some hints have already been given.
With Pn+Plazy you can replace at full cycles.
Did you consider Pbindef?
You can also check PLx patterns from miSCellaneous_lib, which are mainly for replacement.
