Not that I know of.

If you're feeling daring, you could set up a Windows build environment and
compile SC from the source code, with the Link branch included.
README_WINDOWS.md has details for this. I can't promise it would be easy,
but if you need it right now, this is possible. It also means another person
testing, so that the release can be better.

If you do that, I'd suggest compiling from the default SC branch first, to
be sure the build environment is set up correctly. Then import the Link
branch. It should recompile only the things that changed.
