I am still having trouble, though.

I rebuilt 3.9.0 and sc3-plugins 3.9.0, and ATK is not listed in Quarks.gui.
so I cloned the repository you sent, and installed it manually using "Add
Folder". I copied the kernel files into place, re-indexed the help files,
and the guide is still not showing up in browse -> Libraries. If I search in
the help browser for Ambisonic or Atk, nothing relevant shows up, but if i
do a cmd-d on the Atk, the helpfile for the class is there, and relative
links work within those help files. The path in the Help browser shows: 

      Guides (extension) | Libraries > Ambisonic Toolkit

but the link to Ambisonic Toolkit resolves to the browser with "► Category
not found: Ambisonic Toolkit".

I installed the Utopia quark using the gui and it displays a similar
behavior, nothing in browse or search, but cmd-d on a class name works as
expected, etc.
