Greetings.
I recently installed 64-bit SC 3.8 onto a Windows 10 machine. On startup, the SC system is DOA - neither interpreter nor server functions. The language appears to compile correctly. (Messages below.) In the Help Browser window, there is the message "Sending request" followed by an animated series of dots that continues indefinitely. That might be where the startup process is hanging. FWIW, I also have SC 3.6.6 installed on the same machine, and it functions properly. Any advice would be appreciated. Below is the startup report from the Post window.
