should be possible, though I did not try yet - maybe someone else on the list did?
If not, just try it, and write back in case you get stuck, 
and do post examples of how it works well for you :-)

I use NdefPreset, TdefPreset, PdefPreset (in JITLibExtensions), and they play well with KtlLoop. 
BTW, my current favorite is using Influx (also a quark) for changing many process params 
from comparatively few controls, and exploring patches from that perspective, 
keeping good presets along the way, putting them in the center and playing around them.
