Hi,
you can have a look at miSCellaneous lib's general enumeration tool 'enum'.
Getting all partitions with it is described in its helpfile, Example 3.
As enum is a general enumeration tool it won't be as fast as a dedicated
partition algo, if this is somehow relevant.
