Is this is a new change ? My copy of sc compiled from e760401 (19-10-2015) on linux still includes it:

compiling class library...
	NumPrimitives = 711
	compiling dir: '/usr/local/share/SuperCollider/Extensions'
	compiling dir: '/home/miguel/.local/share/SuperCollider/Extensions'
        ...
        here comes stuff from sclang_conf.yaml
