I certainly mentioned it, either on github or sc-dev. It may have been fixed, there have been many changes afterwards.
In the current context my point is only that it might be a good idea to keep a very simple way to extend sclang, the extensions folder seems not a bad one actually.

so the question is one of how to force a different workflow? Which? To me, Quarks are of a different category than just files I chuck into my extensions folder without specific quarks description file. I haven’t understood properly why the extensions folder should be removed.
