R does not depend on frequency.

Alexandre is referring to a formula that I derived some years ago (though, by now, I can't remember where I got the maths initially -- probably from the plugin sources), expressing the relationship between t60 and the combination of frequency and rq.

That formula may have led to the assumption that R depends on frequency, but the formula says nothing about R.

I'm following this with interest, BTW, in hopes that some iotas of wisdom about filter design might seep into my mathematically ill-equipped brain.
