It's not really a fair assumption to make unless SC is targeted purely at
C++ programmers or Linux hackers, which I don't think it is. It does strike
me that the documentation for installing the plugins is patchy, ambiguous
and out of date. Does anyone know why the plugins aren't just included with
the rest of the source when you install sc using apt-get?
