Indeed, in /usr/local/lib/SuperCollider/plugins there are .so files, but sc-ide (which I installed from PPA), doesn't look in local (same story for the Extension folder), so I moved everything to /usr/lib/SuperCollider/plugins , and now everything works.

If it went well you should be able to look at /usr/local/lib/SuperCollider/plugins and see a lot of them including BlackRainUGens.so and SLUGens.so
