Just to reply to both at once.
if your quarks checkout is already at the new location it will work
fine as is (as you've noticed).
If you did not have already a quarks checkout, you can also not
relocate it. Then the thing to do is to open the Quarks classfile, and
replace the old svn url in there with the new one, and then the system
from within SC will just work.
3.6.6. should either already be out, or be coming out very soon, which
should have this fixed. And then let's hope that sourceforge does not
update their url-scheme again.
