Sorry, at this state of the IDE, I don't see an efficient solution.

I do see couple of improvements that could be done to the IDE in this
regard. I'll list them here in the order of estimated difficulty -
hence the order in which they might be implemented in future:

1. Have Documents docklet sort files by name. Files to be grouped
could then be named so as to begin with the same word, which would
naturally sort them together.

2. Have Documents docklet display folders, not only file names. Files
to be grouped could then be placed into separate folders, and this
fact would be displayed in the IDE.

3. Implement the concept of Project - which would contain a collection
of files, possibly arbitrarily grouped under user-defined categories.
