Re: [sc-users] linux midi

hi
sorry if that wasn't clear enough but my problem is that I cannot compile older revision without loosing MIDI support... I *do* know that SwingOSC is a "separate java program", my problem is that with -r 9590 alsa is not found by scons (see my previous post),
although it's found correctly with the latest svn...

ok, replying to myself..
I just checked with latest revision and I do have MIDI support with it
(but no SwingOSC):

Check for alsa... (cached) yes
...
MIDIAPI: ALSA

so, is there a way I could compile the older revision so (I could use
SwingOSC) but with the alsa/midi functionality of the latest ?
dunno if that makes sense though...
SwingOSC is a separate java program that you can get from
swingosc.sourceforge.net

and pure:dyne packages it too.
