The easiest way to do this is to link them into a single pattern. You could use Psym to pull the subpatterns out of a dictionary, or something like this to use a two-dimensional matrix:

PS It's also possible through dependants and notifications -- that documentation is unfortunately hidden in the Task helpfile, though it applies to patterns too -- I find that a bit more cumbersome though.

Another good option is Pfset - use 'cleanupFunc' for your post-pattern action.
