Hi Andrew,
I believe this happens because Logic is set up to read from and write to the IAC bus simultaneously, 
resulting in a feedback loop.
I was able to solve this by going into Logic's environment and routing the IAC bus from the Physical Input object into a "dummy" monitor. 
This prevents Logic from reading the IAC bus into the sequencer input.
