Hello. The sf project for scau is obsolete, I've updated he info and  
will delete it soon.
You should use the version that comes with SC and the AudioUnitBuilder  
quark.

this output is normal, it's probably not related to your problem

Changing the manufacturer code requires compiling from XCode. The code  
should be registered with apple to avoid namespace clash.
