I'd be surprised if those two things are related.

I think the PopUpTreeMenu may be a new bug that krept in.

Yes, I don't think they are related. It must have to do with screen/mouse coordinates issues because the menu still works but the mouse if offset by some ammount. The thing is that to get it to work again I had to revert to version 9200 which doesn't have the safari patch. 

anyway, in the mean time I guess I have to use the help outside sc.
