The Windows readme describes just one way to compile, using the MSVC
project for the python-based interface. This produces just
SuperCollider.exe, with the python stuff bound in. I was looking at
scons based on Dan's suggestion, but maybe it would be easier to
rejigger the MS project to do only sclang.exe.

I admit to being quite a bit out of my depth on this...
