[sc-users] [linux] EmacsGUI Buffer openFile

is there already a way to open a file with EmacsBuffer in a EmacsBuffer?
or a way to reference an existing Buffer in Emacs by a new EmacsBuffer
Object?
or  at leased  some lisp functions i should look at to write such a
function?
