[sc-users] Large FFT Windows

Hello.
Is it sensible to try and perform FFTs using windows in the region of
4489160 frames in SuperCollider?
I'd like to analyze a number of pre-recorded files but I'm not interested in
temporal specificity, just the frequency content.

I was starting to dig around in the reasons behind this error:

FFTBase_Ctor error: buffer size (8978320) not a power of two.

... but I'm not entirely sure which server options might need to be altered
to accommodate the large window size, or even if this is really a good way
of doing this.

Any hints appreciated.
