I believe it's

Computer Management > System Tools > Local Users and Groups > Users
> right-click on you > Properties > Profile, home folder section

(This is based on WinXP help, searching for user profile. I could be wrong.)

But this is a guess. I run windows only on my work lappy and the IS
department doesn't let us change user profiles. What I do know is my
"home" folder is u:\, mapped to a network drive, and I saw sc3.2
windows crash routinely if I was not connected to the network. So I
assume changing the user's home folder would fix this.

IMHO 3.3 alpha 6 is in better shape than 3.2 on windows. Don't be
scared of the "alpha" moniker - 3.3a6 is more stable, less buggy, than
3.2 was.
