hmm not when a lib makes the pack unstable, I would immediately flag
it out of a distro - let alone include it as part of the the 'stable'
menu.
I'd say - a) be careful when you mod and add stuff on dependencies, b)
expect this and walk around it.
I did see it coming.

Well if I understand correctly, olaf has already fixed his problem,
which was due to having different versions of libsndfile - I've had
this happen to me, when I had one version installed and accidentally
compiled against headers from a different version.
