| Hi all.. I am trying to help a student out with reading soundfile on his XP laptop... I know about double escaping the \ in the path, but I can't seem to get even a basic buffer to load. This: s.sendMsg(\b_allocRead, 0, "sounds\\a11wlk01.wav".absolutePath); returns a messages that the file could not be opened: locahost File'C:\Program Files\SuperCollider\sounds\a11wlk01.wav' could not be opened. The file is definitely there... any suggestions? Or is this perhaps a Windows libsndfile problem? Thanks for any suggestions. Josh ****************************************** /* Joshua D.
