The links will still work. The search routine is invoked in such cases.
No time to research now... was there an automated way to check and update links in help files? I looked quickly in the class lib but didn't see anything.
Generally we've run a link checker over the help folder before a release, e.g. linkchecker.sf.net
It's not a big deal time-wise to go through and fix them actually.
