Thanks for this. The main part builds and installs OK, but I'm getting 
an error when I try to build the extra plugins.

scons fails with this error:
scons: *** Source `source/rfw-ugensSLUGens.cpp' not found, needed by 
target `source/rfw-ugensSLUGens.os'.  Stop.
scons: building terminated because of errors.
