wicked odd cuz I just tested -
d/l SC-gcc3-07.29.2007 from sf and have it running.
both in 10.2 and 10.4 tiger (no 10.3 to test but it should work if it
does on 10.4) and btw? it _flies_

what are you usig to unpack? getting the d/l?

$ tar jxvf <package>
