I used it [and vim, depending on circumstances] for years now.. While i'm not
proficient at either i can do most editing comfortably on both [since i

use them whenveer there's nothing else around.
I still don't like either of them ;)
Now what i would really like to see would be a nice editor that combines the
best features of both of these [working in gui/nongui mode, scriptability,
great keyboard navigation, etc] plus the results of user interface research
of the last 20+ years which neither emacs nor vim seem to have noticed ;)
NOTE: there were smileys used as humor indicators [it's always better to be
explicit in this matter when it comes to discussing unix editors ;)]
