Interesting.Grepping SCClassLibrary and Help shows two occurences of this word (in Object.sc and in Kernel.sc). Googling the create site brings 3 hits.
A special variable, indeed ;-)B.T.W. it would be nice to have some help on other special words like the "thisWords": thisThread, thisProcess, thisFunction, more? No hit for thisFunction in the standard distribution...
