Wrong, lisp was originally a concept language to test how lambda calculus could be used as a computing concept as opposed to turing machine type languages. The fact that it was used for AI research doesn't mean it's any more suited for AI then say haskell. Tell me at least one say common lisp feature that's AI specific? Saying that it's an AI language seems very unfair to me (and harmul to lisp's reputation as a very good multi-paradigm professional grade general purpose language). Anyway, don't view this as a personal attack or anything:)

Why are you saying this? Lisp is strongly connected to AI.
