One question (as you are basing this on Puckette's work): In the [fiddle~] object of PD you can specify how many pitches (partials) you are interested in detecting. Is that possible here?You can pass an amplitude buffer in for the expected partials profile: set some to zero to customise?
Hmm, have you got an example? I'm not sure I understand you.
I also have a version of Qitch which fills a buffer with the top bins found rather than just one pitch output, called Citch (it's not a big change to the source). This should get released with one of the interactive music systems later on. Oh, and there'll also be Kitch, for simple key tracking. I hesitate to add any more rhymes for Pitch at this point...
