I still have this problem. If I stop the drum routine (r) and then
start it again, it does of course start in beat, but not at the
desired point. They are not counting from the same beat, it seems. The
snare routine (s) contains 4 snares; the last one significantly
different. The drum routine (r) contains a little extra hit at the
beginning. So if they don't start counting from the same point, the
last snare sound might come right after the extra drum sound.

Maybe I need another clock in addition.
