[sc-users] 100% cpu usage in win32 complete package

I might have found what triggers this problem. It happens in the old,
October 2004 version also, but only when you schedule a routine.

The sc-win32 complete package (at least, the one I downloaded on
November 29) starts the server's alive thread, which is enough to run
the CPU into the stratosphere. The computer is still responsive, but
the second fan turns on and makes a lot of noise which is really
irritating.

Is there anything that can be done about this?
