Hi list,

sorry, this might be a little off topic here, but as most of you are  
on apple & musicians it might be worth asking here.

I am investigating the use of non-speech sound in computer interfaces  
and was trying to figure out how apple would design their sounds they  
are using and whether they have any design concept about when using  
which sounds... (the human interface guidelines dont even mention  
sound) I was trying to get some info from apple directly, but as it  
is with big companies it is hard to get to people who know such things.

did anyone of you come across such issues? any ideas who I might  
approach with questions like that?
any hint is highly appreciated
