[sc-users] New Plugins

I've added a few new plugins and fixed some others.

new: NestedAllpassN, L, C & DoubleNestedAllpassN, L, C
the help files for these have implementations of the Gardner reverbs 
from the Csound book.
LoShelf, HiShelf - sclang versions of dewdroplib EQ synthdefs.

fixed: NLFiltN, L, C (exploding issues and a mistake in the code that 
made sweeping anything but the l argument a total disaster), Streson 
(exploding issues).  Both of these filters should be stable at this 
point.

if you have previously used these ugens, make sure to delete 
pre-existing bhob*.scx and class files.  some filenames may have 
changed, so the old ones may not be overwritten.
