Would it be possible to add a function in SC which could convert a decimal into a fractional?

For example, 1.125 --> 9/8

SC does not have rational numbers as a data type.

But music has....

I'm not sure what your point is.

I mean that rational numbers are very used in music theory to represent music intervals. 8/7 is more readable than 1.1428571428570.....Thus, it would be interesting to add them to the data types already existing in SC, so that we can calculate music scales by using only these ratios, and convert/approximate easily decimal numbers into rational numbers.
