[sc-dev] DiskIO_UGens hang on exit

Hi,
I have not get feedback for this issue: scsynth and supernova create 
zoombies on exit caused by DiskIOThread not being properly finished (at 
least with my mingw32-posix-dwarf)
I have been investigatig this issue. At least with mingw it seems impossible 
to avoid unless DiskIOThread destructor is called from scsynth cleaning 
(Perhaps from World_Cleanup?)
If it makes sense to anybody I could made a proposal
