[sc-dev] Get local IP (boost::asio)

I'm trying to add a primitive to get the local IP address. (Not 127.0.0.1, but the externally visible one.)

I'm using gUDPport->Socket().local_endpoint().address().to_string; 

This returns 0.0.0.0. Is this because SC listens to multiple NICs at once?

Is there a way to do this?
