I have that working locally though, I can send you the patch later when
I'm back home if you're interested.

found the (old) patch and I won't submit it because it overwrites "Ctrl+E" (which shows the command-line) and "Ctrl+A" (which selects all).. forgot about those hacks..

I guess you just need to accept that our nice scide is just not emacs =)
