Re: [sc-dev] multi-window support for the IDE
+1 for this, it's the main thing I miss. It's been brought up in the past a fair bit. E.g. see email thread
'[sc-dev] [IDE] Viewing more than one open scd at a time' from 21 Feb 2013.
Thor's suggestion there of editing class files in an external text editor was best suggestion given the constraints, as window splitting isn't intuitive in the IDE IMHO.
OT, but 2nd thing I miss is not being able to get quickly locate a file in the OS. So I also end up putting
thisProcess.nowExecutingPath.dirname.openOS
at the beginning of each file to enable me to find it, given that the previously used files come up in the next session in tabs (which I do find useful, but then can't find them)
