Looks like we'll have to dig into your startup file, to find the cause
of the issue.
You could send your startup file to the mailing list, so a developer
on OS X could test it.
Or you could help debugging yourself, by commenting out all of your
startup code, then un-comment line by line, every time testing whether
the "crash" occurs on startup, or not. This will help limit the code
that is responsible for the crash.
