BTW I tested this again after a machine reboot last night - same behavior except the second event went out to the server some 6+ seconds after the first. So this is not a fluke -- if anyone else can reproduce it, it's a real bug, and a rather serious one as patterns would be useless if we can't count on bundle scheduling.

Can someone else try it please?
