Yes, this was my intention. I reverted it only to retain a functional build for now. I agree, the reply should have preceding slashes, and I think status is the only one which differs.
I think the correct solution would be to write a fast primitive that compares symbols with or without preceding slashes and use this in OSCresponder / OSCresponderNode (alternatively, a sclang method may be ok for now, but slows down networking). Then we can change the server without breaking anything.
