[sc-dev] Help browser execution

I'd like to change the text view in the help browser to canFocus =  
true. I'm not sure why it was set to false (I think I did it  
actually), but true allows one to execute and copy and paste/edit  
text. Since you can't save the file this seems pretty safe.

Any reason not to do this?
