The answer of course is no: These are both cosmetic issues. But that's why I think it makes no sense to trade one for another.
If div substitution is done on the scel side, however, as I and others have suggested, either by script or in the Lisp code, then we wouldn't need to deal with either of these in normal use. This is not true of the SC.app side implementation I did.
This seems to me a reasonable short term improvement, or?
