[sc-dev] [approve?] Server methods for delegating control

We have discussed this a while ago, I don't find the therad now. I'd 
propose to commit the following changes (see diff):

# introdude an instance variable remoteControlled (default: true if 
server is local). This can be set to false if one prefers to isolate 
a local server.

# instead of Server.set (misleading), Server.all returns the set of 
all servers. The message set still works, so this shouldn't break 
anything.
